Be Vegan for $1

Welcome!

Glad you’ve arrived! You’re probably here because you may have heard the health benefits of eating a whole foods plant based diet, but have no idea how to start. You may be wondering where you get your protein, or how to plan your meals. Trust me, when you find out how simple and easy it is, you’ll be amazed and after you feel the results you’ll never want to go back!

I was skeptical too when I first learned about eating plant based. I’ve been into nutrition since I was 12 years old and even studied to be a Registered Dietitian. Little did I know that everything they were teaching me in school and everything I learned from doctors or personal trainers and “nutrition experts” was all incorrect. It wasn’t until later in life that I discovered doctors like Dr. McDougall, T. Colin Campbell, and Dr. Neal Barnard the truth about nutrition. I learned that you can prevent and reverse heart disease, diabetes, and even some cancers with a whole foods plant based diet. I converted overnight. Since then I’ve been helping people transform their lives and become vegan.

How Health is the New Wealth

Remember when you’ve played video games and there’s a little icon that measures the “health” of your character? Your avatar gets punched enough times his health will deplete and it’s game over. What happens when you apply that to your life?

When you think about your life and what you do as providing value versus depleting health you will see your choices in a different way. For example, saving $20 versus spending $20 on Starbucks, or junk food. Saving income builds wealth and spending casually depletes wealth. Where you save your money matters. A bank gives you less than 1% versus life insurance that not only protects your family, creates generational wealth, you can have tax free income while you’re alive (yes, you use your life insurance while you’re alive!), you can build cash value and your money is compounding at an interest rate of 4%-8%.

How about your health account? In the same way, eating whole foods provides value to your body versus eating junk food depletes your energy and health.

Your money has power. Where do you want to put that power? Towards wealth building or wealth depletion? Towards health promoting or health depleting?
